I made an appointment for my brother to renew online via the website of the NBI then pay P160 via e-wallet (gcash).  Upon getting the NBI clearance, they said that their system had a problem at that time and suggested to refresh the ref number to my brother's account but the said reference doesn't exist anymore.  So, we generate new reference and paid again the said amount.
