Minamahal kong mga Ginoo,

Ito pong liham na ito ay patungkol sa paghingi ko po ng payo kung papaano mairereklamo ang isang ginang na nanloko sa amin.

Siya po ay nagsadya sa aming bahay kasama ang isang kilala ng aking maybahay upang alukin kami ng pagpapatitulo ng aming lupa na matatagpuan sa Brgy. Transmitter, Capas, Tarlac. Ang nasabing ginang ay agad na humingi ng paunang bayad na PHP10,000 sa pagbibigay pa lamang ng mga kopya ng aming mga ID's at sa pangalawang araw ay humingi na naman siya ng PHP 25,000 para daw sa pag-su-survey ng kanyang team sa aming lupa at bahay.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
