Hi! I would like to refund my payment for NBI Clearance via gcash. I chose NBI CLEARANCE ONLINE RENEWAL, there's no appointment date. First, I filled in the necessary information needed, and I thought it's secured after I paid via gcash. But when I went to the NBI Baguio City Branch, they said I needed an appointment before I can transact, so I made another appointment in which I paid again. Please, I would like to refund my first payment. Here is the ref. No. MP2UPND7JH

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
