Magandang araw po Mam/Sir! Gusto po sana namin humiling na sana mapabilis po ang pag endorse ng hinihinging NBI record check ng Board of Pardons and Parole para sa aming anak na si Sandy Padayao (D221P-0705) upang magrant na po ang kanyang parole. Gusto na po talaga namin siyang lumaya at makasama dito sa bahay, lalo na po sa kaarawan ng aming anak ngayong August 16. Sana magkasama-sama na po kaming lahat at kumpleto sa araw na iyon. Sana maawa po kayo sa amin at matulungan na mapabilis po pag endorse ng dokumentong ito. Matatanda na po kami at marami ng iniindang mga sakit. Maraming salamat.
