Hi! I recently got scammed online by an instagram shop with a large following. After taking my ID, exact address (with unit number), and a lump sum of 3,000 pesos as downpayment for my purchase, the seller cut all ties and no longer responds to my messages. Despite this, the seller is still active on instagram and continues to posts stories and entertain dms (from friends who have tried messaging the account under the guise of purchasing). I would like to track the location of the phone number to contact the proper authorities.

Attached here is my conversation with Gian Carlo Estrada (facebook). I need to verify if it was him or not to possibly prepare for a possible lawsuit.
