I would like to request a information regarding my tickets in GCASH APP!

5 days na po yan wala pa din nangyari di ko alam kung ginagawa ba nila ang trabaho nila sabi nila within a day mareresulba pero hanggang ngayon wala pa dapat ba ako mag-aalala?
