Good day!

I've been receiving text messages from unknown number 09605761806 since Aug 31 2021 until yesterday. This affects my work and health condition because the messages were too bad to bear everyday. 

Hope you will be able to help me on my problem.

Thank you for your message under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Domingo, Quezon City or to NBI-Laguna District Office and bring the aforesaid documents.
