I was scammed using my GCash account last Dec. 14-16 for total of Php 28,400. I requested to reverse the funds feom te concerned platform and request a refund. They advised me to contact NBI and PNP to report the incident, which I did but still they were not responding to my concern. GCash responded to my concern and confirmed that they suspended the reported account but they haven't returned my money.

I hope you can still help me reverse the finds because I am really desperate for a refund since I really need that money.
