My friend Facebook Account "Auhc Somil Retsel" got hacked, and the hacker use his account to scam.

Hi! I would like to request or to report that my friends facebook account got hacked. And the hacker used his account to scam someone. Right after the hacker recieved the money, the fb account of my friend got deactivated or disabled. And yesterday, we saw that the hacker was active again. Now I am very worried that the hacker could do something again, it triggers my anxiety. That's why I am here to report this incident. I don't want to happens that again. 

The hacker use this number to recieve money from my friends account. 09469120232

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
