I meet the scammer in ALL CAT
CEBU facebook page and we were negotiating the transaction in Facebook messenger. The seller fb name is Sweet Cattery. And the scammer real name is Panon Monica. She made me send her the payment of the kitten first then right after I sent her my payment she blocked me immediately and that's the time I realized I was scammed.

She goes by the name Monica Pabon and shes from tagbilaran,at least that what she send me with her ID. I send her gcash number ((0912) 379 9188) an amount of 5,500 pesos for a kitten. Here’s the transaction reference number 9012033430716.
