Online scam in Whatsapp and Telegram

Hi. The following person/s refuse/rejected to refund my money even though I have done the "tasks" directed to me thru Telegram:

1. Hector Valila Aguilar - he is the "Task Manager" of our task group
2. Lucia Torrente - the account where we deposit the "order money" 

They had made me deposit/transfer funds to Lucia Torrente's CIMB digital account with a total of 129,500 pesos. And said that they would return it after I finish the task/activity. But after I finished the task, they showed me that the refund was "rejected by the system" because i finished the task overtime.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
