I would like to request for protection for harrasment and violation on data privacy act. They keep on harrasing thru text and calls regarding the debt. They don’t even accept any amount of payment and they even try to scam you by asking to pay to them. They text you and call you and when you try to
ask who are they and what lending they are, they refused to answer. They can even tell you exactly where they are located. They even try to contact
friends thru fb and contacts on phone even you do not give them the authority to contact them

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
