I am Mr. Cerelo Villagracia Flores was born September 3, 1991 and  would like to sincerely request for a Multi-Purpose Clearance or NBI Report because it was find out that it expired (the expired number is 14135934) . It is badly needed in my VISA Processing for employment abroad. Hoping for your immediate response on this matter. Keep Safe & To God Be All the Glory!

Greetings!

Thank you for your message under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

To be able to obtain a multi-purpose NBI clearance, kindly register online via https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/. Secure the reference number that will be given once you are done filling out all the mandatory fields. You may pay via online banking, 7-eleven, or Bayad Center. After which, proceed to the NBI Clearance Satellite Office on the date and time you indicated on the online appointment.
