I processed the nbi renewal of my partner online. I also expect that it can be picked up to any location assuming that I am currently in Davao. Right after my partner tried to pick up the nbi clearance made by me online. The staff told him that the renewal was only subject to be picked in manila. He reprocessed again online and would like to refund the transaction I made online.

If you inputted incorrect details or information upon registration, you can go back to your online registration and edit the editable wrong information PROVIDED THAT IT HAS NOT YET BEEN PROCESSED. 

Please note that if the NBI Clearance is already printed, you need to register online again. The NBI has the right to forfeit fees collected once transactions on the first registration with incorrect details.
