Purpose: I would like to report a scam on Shein/ZAFUL items and make a refund from scammer named RONA BAYRON

Hi I would like to exposed the named RON BAYRON who has been known as scammer since she's not able to give back our money since the month of march until now. We ordered Shein and Zaful Items before and she promise to give back our money on that month when the issues and complaints arise. I would like to get what we deserve to have and give her a punishment and at the same refund our money.
