I recently tried to get my clearance renewed just to find out I dont remember the password. I tried to recover it by clicking on "forgot password" but it only changes the password. and it keeps sending the details to my old email where I dont have access anymore. My old email address is clabirua@yahoo.com. My new one is carloslabirua1974@gmail.com. Please update it for me  as it is badly needed. Thank you

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
