Hi! I would like to refund my payment for NBI Clearance.

I made an appointment to online via website of the NBI then I have paid 130 for nbi clearance and additional 30 for system fee. I am a first time job seeker I found out that there is no payment when a first time job seeker but I had already paid via gcash when I found out

Therefore, I would like to refund my payment, here are the details:
