Hi I would like to get assistance because I have been receiving harrasment thru text due to a loan I have applied but I have paid it already last week but some one keeps on texting me and told me their on their way and is coming to our house. I never receive any forms of calls or whatsoever it's just text and the message keeps on getting dangerous. Their insisting I pay 4500 i never had a loan of that amount and again I already paid last week I have receipt and proof. I was checking if what should I do I'm getting scared and parranoid because of this issue. Hoping someon would help.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
