Good day,

I would like to seek help regarding an online lending app (Fun Peso). I have been receiving a lot of calls and text from this app. A relative had to apply for a loan. They will lend you money worth 3000 pesos but you will only receive 1,200 pesos and they expect you to pay within 7 days. Their app says that you can pay it within 120 days which apparently is not true. My relative also said that they did not declare me as character reference but this app still got hold of all of her contacts without her permission. I hope you investigate these kind of fraud.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
