I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance in obtaining a court order related to an online scam incident that has affected my PayMaya account.

Recently, I fell victim to an online scam that resulted in unauthorized transactions from my PayMaya account. In order to resolve this issue and protect my financial security, I need to provide PayMaya with supporting documentation, including a court order, alongside my valid identification and proof of the fraudulent transactions.
