I would like information regarding about this guy

This guy lurks on a buy and sell group impersonating someone from University of the Philippines and scamming people. I have just been scammed for an amount worth of 2160 PHP.

From his posts in facebook, he is residing in Antipolo, I will be sending the pictures that he posted, it may be of help.

The scammer already deactivated his facebook profile that was used to scam me. It would also be nice if both ip address and email address can be tracked so that me and the one who is impersonating him can set charges. Thank you
