Hi. I would like to ask NBI to make a request regarding my problem. I was scammed online. I transferred the money to a BDO bank number. BDO do not want to be involved since they said they are just a medium used but it's their client. I hope I can request for a legal complaint/paper to conduct an investigation to have my money returned. I lost 42000php. I am not the only one scammed by Prime Gad(fb name of scammer) There are also others I have talked to that have been scammed by this account. I hope you can help.
