Hi! My father was recently scammed by trading companies operating under the name 'readymadesignals' and 'FXCL Markets Ltd.' I already reached out to other government agencies online but up until now, I had no updates regarding the complaint. Would like to know if the funds can still be recovered from the scammers as the money scammed already summed up to around 1-2 million PHP.
