BAGUIO TRANSIENT SCAM USING BOOKING.COM

We were scammed by a person named "Jasper John Flynn" with a fake listing on website Booking.com under address 9 South Drive Camp John Hay Baguio City called "Academia Tudor Treehouse".  The listing uses photos and videos from a property from India called The Machan. When booking is done on the app, Jasper will contact the victim through the booking.com app to say that the she/he was incorrectly charged, it should have 15% discount. Then Jasper initiates a refund of the amount via booking.com, and then asks the victim to send the "correct"' accommodation payment and security depositto his BPI.
