First of all i will complain Ms Geraldine Santos Passport Number na EC0066909

Nagpareserve sila sa aming homestay villa noong november 18 2021 gamit ang LYKA GEMS Payment para sa January 22,2022 at nakiusap siya na end of december siya ay magbabayad ng kabuuang bayad ngunit dumating ang katapusan ng december siya ay hindi na nagparamdam ni hi ni ho hangang netong january 14 lang siya nag bigay ng message saamin na hindi na daw niya itutuloy ang kanyan reservation at irefund kona daw ang kanyang LYKA GEMS

Siya po ay gusto kong kasuhan ng estafa dahil siya ay nanloloko o tinatawag ngayun na fake booking o bogus buyer 

End of december ang aming usapan na siya ay magbabayad dumating ang katapusan ng december hindi siya nag bayad ng lyka gems ni walang hi ni ho siyang ginawa saamin at ng ayaw niya na pinalipas niya muna ang ilan buwan bago niya cancelahin ang booking reservation niya at gusto niya irefund ang inereserve niya na lyka gems kahit hindi siya fully paid napaka laking perwisyo saamin dahil yung date na gusto nila ay napakatagal ng maraming  gusto mag book at kami ay may pinapasahurang mga tao at nag babayad ng mga utility bills
