Hi, Good day to your Office Sir/Ma'am. I would like to make a report about my stolen Mobile device which have mobile banking accounts, files and notes. Can I request to your good office to track it or to totally disable the device permanently?

Please be informed that the NBI could not track mobile phones. Meanwhile, for disabling or blocking of your device, kindly contact the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) since it is the agency that handles the blocking of mobile devices.  You may visit/contact NTC Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Blocking of Lost/Stolen Mobile Phone/Unit. Their office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. You may also send your formal written complaint to the CWPD thru: consumer@ntc.gov.ph or call at 9213251 & 9267722.
