It was unfortunate that you lost a substantial amount of money because of the alleged hacking of your bank account. Preliminarily, we suggest that you call your bank regarding the incident so that they can make the proper investigation. As far as the NBI is concerned, in order to properly address your legal concerns, may we request that you submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. Kindly proceed to our Cyber Crime Division (3rd Floor, NBI Main Building, Taft Avenue, Manila) and bring the afore-said complaint- affidavit. You may also call our hotline at 02 (8) 5238231.
