Good day, NBI. I would like to file a complaint to a person name Roma N. Del Monte aka Mr. Smart Seven PH (Facebook Shop). I was scammed in an installment plan with her so called business and not just me but also a lot of people were victims of the said person. I already filed reports to GCash and Union Bank where transactions of parties were done. The GCash representative has expressed their response that they cannot give their further assistance but rather they recommended to contact the Union Bank. I am currently for Union Bank's response regarding this matter. Hoping you could also help.
