Hi NBI, from my knowledge gcash requires a government ID in order receive remittances to the account. I was scammed online by a seller who used fake images and a fake video of a lalamove rider receiving the package for 10k. Furthermore the scammer even went through the effort of calling a lalamove rider to a random address in order to give me a tracking link.

Here's the details:
Name on GCash Account: Josette D. (Last name hidden by gcash)
Number: 09942242997
Possible Address (According to facebook market place geo tagging): Tondo, Manila

Your help would be greatly appreciated on this

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
