Hi! I would like to be able to file a formal complaint behind the owner of solewonder.ph (instagram shoe shop). I am part of a groupchat of people who have fallen victim to his scam (along with many others). He has built up a big following and is still running as of late. He also has access to my personal information as requested by him (my student id). He has stolen money from us and have been unreachable since.

I have access to his paymaya account information. His name (possible) included.
