Online lending (CASH COW) blast texting contacts for debt shaming  .

Please help me invistigate this illegal online lending apps.

Magbabayad naman po ako hindi ko tatakasan kung anong responsibilidad ang dapat kung bayaran . I want to coordinating with them  but they will not accept excuses.

I am hoping for a positive response from you.
