Hi,

Good day.

Requesting assistance to file a formal complaint with the Online Lending App below due to fraud, harassment and threats. 

Online App: "MoreGold-Libreng Loan App"  by Thrift Platinum Lending Corp.

SEC No. 2020120004404-02

Upon application, there's no option or way to view the fees related to the application. It already went to confirmation without showing the fees - 7 days for repayment for 3500 less 1500 for the unexplained fees and I then received 2000 php without having the chance to know the fees. I then got texts that gives threats even though today is just the Due Date.

In addition, I requested cancellation - tried their phone number for CS but it never worked. I then sent an email and got a response "This number 09650469136 has no loan application here. Please check. Thank you!" so I tried their CS phone service again to no avail. On Dec.16th I received an SMS that it was Due on that day even though it's on the 17th. Today, Dec.17 I got additional SMS that there was a cut-off time at 12 noon even though there was none that showed in the app. No disclosures for cut-off time, no fees that showed prior loan confirmation and they just send over the amount without having a chance to view the fees because there's no option or way. You'll just be shocked you applied even if you didn't want you and was not given a chance to see the fees before confirmation. This is a Scam and should not be approved by SEC to operate at all. Today is still my due date even though it was unfair I didn't have the chance to view the fees. I am cooperating with them yet was receiving THREATS AND HARASSMENT. 

Evidence will be shared upon request. I don't want to publicly share our conversation unless required/requested by the governing party.
