Hi, Please help me refund my money transferred to Union Bank account. I have reported the Incident to them but until now they have not given an updated.

It was a hard earned money and I believe they must be liable also for letting these scammers open an account and used fake names and how were they able to withdraw such big amounts without further verification from them.

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
