I am writing this letter to file a case against RYAN RIAS GEONZEON who's been receiving my money thru UnionBank. They also contacted me thru WhatsApp 09358579367. 

The scammer will encourage you to deposit money to the app (8tesco) https://8tesco3.8tesco.com and explains that you will get a commission every "SUBMIT ORDER". 

The thing is they gradually exceed the price of the item to your principal amount and they will require you to deposit to suffice and finish the "task". And they don't allow you to withdraw your money unless you haven't finished the task. Currently, I deposited 10,000.
