Hi NBI

I would like to inquire about on how to file a complaint for online scam we encountered. My wife experienced a scam on telegram where she was encouraged to do daily task or mission to complete in exchange for profit and she was asked to make a deposit to increase the profit. But when she was about to withdraw the money, they asked for more and they said that we need to make an advance payment to settle the service fees to make the withdrawal. 

What action we should take and documents we need?
