Hi Maam/Sir,

Seeking for your assistance. Pwede ko po kaya patrace po ang location po ng lending app na to. Grabe na po kasing harrassment ginagawa nila. Ang taas po ng interest rate, 7 days terms tapos mumurahin ka po sa call. Lahat din ng contacts ko pinagtetext niya ng saying na mandurugas daw ako. Magnanakaw and etc. Please help. Pahelp po sana para matigil na po itong ginagawa nila. At para wala na pong mabiktima na tulad ko na halos umabot na sa depression dahil sa pananakot nila.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
