Hi, I would like PesoCow to stop contacting me and my contacts with alarming threats. 

We are in the midst of emergency as my Ate got hospitalized and we are having issues with the bills and meds. 

We kept telling pesocow agents that we'll pay for the loan and ask for partial payments so we can settle what we owe. The loan purpose is to pay Hospital Bills and Meds. 

They reply with angst and told us they dont care about our situation. Though I am always ready to show them proof. 

My family and I are in stress already. We will pay, just asking for consideration and terms.

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
