Hi, I did an online renewal of NBI clearance and already paid 160 php via GCash. Reference number is MP8QMOZEGF. I would like to have it delivered but wont push through. I’m not sure if the page is stuck so I refreshed the page and everything got lost. I have contacted the NBI to confirm if my transaction was successful but received no answer from them. And even asked deliverybox.ph for the delivery but no answer too. Please help as I am not in the country right now. If you could help me delivered it to my address (Philippines) if its successful.  Thank you.
