I am requesting data on the Government's investment in Human Capital. Conducting a thesis on Effect of Public Investment on Economic Growth: A Comparative Study of Human Capital and Physical Capital Investment in Philippines. 

I am particularly interested in data on the following:
•	Human Health Capital (Health Education and Training, Public Health Programs, Health insurance and Health Research and Development) from 1990 to 2022.
•	Government's investment in Human Capital in Education (Formal and Nonformal education) from 1990 to 2022. 
•	Government's investment in TESDA from 1990 to 2022
