Hi sirs/maam,

I would like to file againts a online mobile phone shop, and their courier.
-Spectre Gadgets (https://www.facebook.com/spectregadgets.ph)
-APEX DELIVERY (http://www.apexdeliveryco.com

I paid a total of Php 20, 000 to purchase a mobile phone. I completed the payment via bank transfer (BDO to CIMB) and Gcash. However, as of this writing, I have not recieved an update nor the item.

Please help me in this matter sir, Thank you and may God Bless You
