Hi i want to find or locate the scammer named RONIEL RUGAY DAVID.#20867602135291 his account number in CIMB BANK who scammed us 34,500 pesos from me, we Ofw's are asking for help. IT was happened to me just today February 1st 2024.hope you can help us.
