Hi i would like to ask what will gonna happen if i pay the old nbi delivery box fee and didnt pay the nbi renewal fee. Coz I paid the old one, how can that be process? I already paid the new nbi clearance renewal fee which is different from the delivery fee and still asking for delivery fee. Can i refund that one and how? or should i pay another delivery fee.
