Complaint for the Violation of RA 9484

Requested from NBI by P. ALLADO at 07:05 PM on Jan 14, 2022.
Purpose: Against the Illegal Practice of Dentistry of EMILYN HINLOG QUIDER
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2022 - 01/14/2022
Tracking no: #NBI-659887702341

ALLADO 07:05 PM, Jan 14, 2022

Hi! I would like to complain about an online seller on facebook named EMILYN HINLOG QUIDER of Davao City, Philippines regarding her posts on a Davao city-based business group on facebook advertising her items of "affordable braces free cleaning" that "caters home service and walk in client" for only 4,500 pesos.
Upon inquiry (through a private message on facebook messenger) if she is a PRC-licensed dentist or if she is affiliated with a PRC-licensed dentist, she dismissed my message. I'd like to inform you of her business, which I believe is illegal, dangerous and unethical.
