Hi, Please help me refund my money taken by the hackers from my Unionbank savings account. I have reported the Incident to them but they cannot give me an assurance that I can take my money back which is very sad on my part.

It was a hard earned money and I believe they must be liable also because of the poor security sytem, and for letting these hackers change my contact details easily, and be able to access my online banking account.
