Hi! I want to report a scammer, JOHN PAUL ETANG—a supposed seller from the Facebook market. He is in Las Pinas, near Pope John Paul Hospital and Alabang-Zapote Road. I ordered an item from him, but after paying for it, he cancelled the delivery and blocked our communication. I would like immediate assistance since the money that I use will help me with my daily needs, as I am still a student living only on an allowance. I am willing to send the details of my conversation with the seller, and I am also willing to cooperate with the authority for further details needed,
