Good day!
I would like to request an investigation to Mr. Jerome Ferrer of San Fernando Pampanga.
We paid an amount of almost 20,000 pesos for OR/CR and Transfer of name LTO Assistance. He told us that we will get the documents after 2-3 weeks after being given the required documents and processing of emission testing.

Until now we did not receive the said documents so we decided to just refund the money, But he does not give back the money yet and doesn't want to meet in person.

Please make an action to this man.
