Hi,

I'd like to seek assistance on how to formally file a complaint against this account holder.
They are selling several items online -- facebook marketplace and I bought 6pcs. Cladding amounting to Php3,410, deposited to her BDO account last January 26, wednesday. Items are supposed to be delivered the same day but she said the cut-off is 10am so we moved it to Thursday, 3-4pm she said. No item was received until now, the seller is no longer contactable.
