Hi. I would like to get the last billing address or where can I serve my demand letter to Jerlie Empas. She enticed me to invest in tower construction in DITO and I found out that she already Widrawn 90% of the total amount of the project cost which left me nothing. She issued blank check to me with no balance and I cannot reach her anymore. Pls help me
