Good Day! this is my first time to request hope you'll notice it. This Loan app AMIHAN VIP, EPERASH, FUNPESO, LOAN QUICK, MADALILOAN, MICROLOAN, OK PESO, PAUTANG ONLINE, PESO GO, PESO HERE, PESO MEMO, PESO Q, PESOS.PH, PHPOCKET, SUKILOAN, TAGA CASH, CASH ME this loan app is violated my Privacy Data they keep contacted my contacts in my Phonebook without my permission and they doesn't stop sending me text messages, emails, and even calling to threaten and embarrassed me. They are bad mouthing me via texts & calls and they threatened me to post in social media. Please help me.

To file a complaint, request for investigation, or report any crime,  kindly proceed to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
