Hi, my facebook account was hacked and taken over and this scammer started asking money from my facebook friends by mans of Startpay, gcash and even a bank to bank transfer. Kindly help me investigate these phone numbers and BPI account number.

As of this writing, this scammer/scammers are still messaging some of my friends.
